Package Appointments
Appointments booked as part of a treatment will be treated as follows:

Less than 24-hour cancellation = one treatment deducted from the package.

No / No Show = one treatment deducted from the package plus forfeiture of any promotional pricing associated with repeated violations (at management discretion).

Emergencies
We understand that unexpected emergencies happen.
Fees may be waived at the discretion of Modified Wellness management for circumstances such as:

Serious illness

Medical emergency
-
Family emergency
-
Severe weather or unsafe travel

Credit Card Required
A credit card must be kept on file to reserve your appointment. This allows us to protect everyone's time and ensures fairness for our clients and our team.
